Conceptos básicos, fases y tipos de absentismo 3.2. Especial referencia al menor en edad escolar obligatoria sin escolarizar 3.3. Procedimiento ante menores de edad en situaciones de riesgo, maltrato o desamparo 3.4. Seguimiento del absentismo escolar y la coordinación con organismos implicados 3.5. Planes y actuaciones para erradicar el absentismo escolar -- BLOQUE IV: PROTOCOLOS DE ACTUACIÓN POLICIAL (4 HORAS) 4.1. La lucha desde la administración pública y estamento judicial 4.2. Actuación y prevención policial ante tales situaciones 4.3. Prevención de drogodependencias 4.4. Protocolos orientativos de intervención para el agente tutor

Objetivos

-- ACTUALIZAR Y ADQUIRIR LOS CONOCIMIENTOS ADECUADOS SOBRE EL PROBLEMA DEL ACOSO ESCOLAR, EL CIBERACOSO ESCOLAR Y EL ABSENTISMO ESCOLAR. -- ANALIZAR EN QUÉ CONSISTE LA FIGURA DEL POLICÍA TUTOR Y SU NECESIDAD EN LA SOCIEDAD ACTUAL, ASÍ COMO DAR A CONOCER LA FUNCIONALIDAD DE DICHA FIGURA. -- ADQUIRIR LA CAPACIDAD DE EVALUAR Y TOMAR DECISIONES SOBRE AQUELLOS PROBLEMAS QUE AFECTEN A LA COMUNIDAD EDUCATIVA QUE PUEDAN REPERCUTIR EN EPISODIOS DE ACOSO ESCOLAR Y ABSENTISMO. --RESALTAR LA IMPORTANCIA DE ALCANZAR UNA MAYOR COORDINACIÓN ENTRE POLICÍA, AUTORIDAD JUDICIAL, ESTAMENTO EDUCATIVO Y JÓVENES ESTUDIANTES PARA PREVENIR TODO TIPO DE CONDUCTAS REPROBABLES O VIOLENTAS, TRATANDO DE AFIANZAR NUEVAS ALTERNATIVAS PARA PREVENIR Y, EN SU CASO, DETECTAR POSIBLES SITUACIONES DE ACOSO ESCOLAR O CIBERACOSO. -- ALCANZAR UN NIVEL ÓPTIMO DE DESTREZA EN EL USO DE TÉCNICAS DE MEDIACIÓN, PROFUNDIZANDO EN LAS CONSECUENCIAS DESDE EL PUNTO DE VISTA DE LA AFECTACIÓN PSICOLÓGICA -- POSIBILIDAD DE IMPLANTAR UN PROTOCOLO DE ACTUACIÓN DESDE EL PUNTO DE VISTA POLICIAL ANTE CASOS SUBSUMIBLES DE INTERVENCIÓN DEL AGENTE TUTOR PARA SU POSTERIOR DESARROLLO Y APLICACIÓN SOBRE CASOS REALES
